The process begins with an initial consultation where you connect with one of our travel consultants (FREE). During this conversation, you’ll discuss your travel preferences, interests, budget, number of travelers, travel dates, and any specific requirements you have for your trip. This information helps your travel consultant understand your needs and tailor their recommendations accordingly. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing beach getaway, or adventurous diving expedition this step sets the foundation for our proposal of resort options. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will start crafting between 3-4 detailed quotes that will include the luxury resort accommodations, room category, and meal plan (such as breakfast, half board, full board, and all inclusive). In addition to the accommodations and meal plan, our quotes will also automatically include round-trip MLE airport transfers. You can let us know if you prefer to be whisked away via seaplane, speedboat, etc. Everyone is different and has different preferences!
Once you’ve reviewed and approved one of the proposed quotes, our team will move forward with creating the reservation and booking on your behalf. We try our best to hold space while we wait for your initial deposit; however, please note that pricing and availability is subject to change until the deposit has been applied. After we get your reservation locked in, you can apply your minimum non-refundable deposit to a secure payment link. Your remaining balance is due 21-60 days prior to arrival depending on the resort.
After your resort is locked in, our team can assist with setting up various activities on your itinerary based on where you’re staying; however, please note, that activities are arranged directly by resorts. Though, our team can help provide guidance on the options available, the rates, and requirements to getting you pre-booked! That way you can make the most of your trip.

A few months out from your trip, our team will be in touch with a check in. We’ll make sure we have your international flight information to provide to our meet & greet service at the airport.
